We’ve Got Fresh Ink
I don't know if you know this, but being in the business of making things is hard.
Trust me, I speak from experience! I tried it, myself, back in the days before The Loop. That's why I've got a bit of a soft spot in my heart for the Maker Members who not only find time to make cool things, they also manage to find time to run the actual business of selling those cool things.
And today we welcome a new Maker who also adds class and event organization to the mix!
Say "hello" to Mishalene Wasmer of Isabelle’s Ink LLC. Mishalene created Isabelle's Ink in honor of her daughter who passed away in 2008 - her "testimony to healing through artwork and community."
Mishalene specializes in resin art and alcohol ink. She collaborates with KNA Designs to make cool things and to offer cool retreats or classes/parties that are a fresh take on the make-your-own events. She sells her work in shops and shows, and she's organizing several vendor events known as The Marketplace at Heartland Community Church in Medina.
She seems to have found a secret well of time that I know I'd love to tap into!
