Two Words: ICE CREAM!
It's true. Ice cream is coming to Copley and you're all invited to come out and celebrate!
Penguin Ice Cream has been in the mobile cart business for a few years and now they're ready to add a brick-and-mortar shop to the mix, just in time for summer. Their menu has been added to their website and they've been posting pics on their socials and I'm not gonna lie, my efforts to prepare for writing this newsletter may have resulted in more time planning my next several orders than actually typing words.
First and foremost, that Black Raspberry shake is totally calling my name.
Of course, I'm also super excited about their ice cream sandwiches because they're made with cookies from Cardinal Cakes and Coffee and you can't go wrong with that! And we'll simply be doing what's best for our dog by getting her a Pup Cup since Cass of Focus Dog Training suggested we take her on short trips for special treats to help with her fear of the car.
So you see, many of our visits will be in the interest good dog parenting.
But I'll hold off on bringing her until after Thursday's Grand Opening because I want to save my full attention that day for the people who come out to celebrate.
