Totally didn’t plan that…
What was planned: To announce that for the first time in over a year, the Copley Chamber of Commerce is meeting in person! (YAY!)
The board decided to take advantage of both the warmer weather and the greener space of Copley Community Park for a little lunchtime open-air networking. And even better for those planning a trip anytime soon, Dan Lanser of A+ Travel will be speaking on current travel conditions and what to expect.
What wasn't planned: That the secretary of that board, Erin Johnson of eXp Realty, would be welcomed as our newest Loop Member at the same time! (Double YAY!)
Erin is a realtor with a passion for her home base of Ohio and created the Outstanding Ohio Facebook group to nurture relationships between people who share that same passion. Group members are encouraged to share cool places to go and things to do, and Erin creates fun themed posts with topics like "Making it Monday", "Tooltime Tuesday", and "Resourceful Realtor Thursday".
And she really is quite resourceful! Many of her Outstanding Ohio posts even come from her own blog which anyone can check out. That's where I learned about "inside out" umbrellas. Who knew..?
Bonus Fun Fact: I fell down the rabbit hole a bit ago of clicking on various group topics and scrolling through, just for giggles, and I emerged having seen posts from or about at least seven other Loop Members. Now, that's outstanding!
Erin joins Scott Fano of Cutler Real Estate to become our second realtor in The Loop and we're thrilled to have them both. And, hey, word on the street says it's a great time to sell so it's double great to know who to call!
