Sunday brings Copley back together!

Sunday feels like a very big day for the Circle area of Copley Township. All on the same day, we've got:

  • The return of the Copley Car Show at Copley Community Park,
  • The first-ever Sunday brunch at Firehouse Tavern,
  • The first in a series of Community Days at Absolute Fitness,
  • And the return of the Sunday Concerts at Copley Circle!

It's absolutely ridiculous how exciting that is to see all listed out there like that. It's just a beautiful combination of the return of past loves with the addition of new ones, filling our Sunday from sunup to sundown.

I mean... The Copley Car Show might have only had two years in the books before the pandemic hit, but turnout during those two years proved it was destined to be a tradition right from the green light.

And then there's brunch. At the Circle.

BRUNCH, I tell you!

Firehouse is already Copley's favorite new local restaurant and now they'll be open with their delicious food and, for those of age and so inclined, adult beverages every Sunday.

And not only does this week's free workout from Absolute for Community Days involve exercise balls, buckets, and drum sticks, but there also happens to be a consignment sale happening!

Finally, for old times' sake, it's The Belairs at 7:00 for "Northeast Ohio's Premier Oldies Band". A great way to wrap up the weekend.

All of that is just one day of a calendar that's filling up with really cool things like yoga, henna, cardio, cooking, excuses to network, and excuses to drink wine.

Don't forget to scroll through the list below and click on the links that catch your fancy for more information or visit the Calendar page of the website anytime.

Get involved in the process

You've heard the stories of businesses struggling to find workers, and the struggle is real. It also happens to apply equally well to community organizations and their search for volunteers.

That search has always been a tough one but after a year+ of lost momentum, it's grown even tougher! While people are eager to get out and enjoy the events we've all been missing, those events take work to make happen.

So let's start with the event this weekend, the Copley Car Show, and see if we can't pitch in together and keep that event the success it's always been - any help you can give will be greatly appreciated!

Visit the Volunteer page of the website for contact information. And while you're there, be sure to scroll down through the other volunteer opportunities. There's always something to do!
