On Saturday, June 15th, a milestone quietly passed. It was on that day one year ago that The Loop In Copley made its official debut.
So in honor of that milestone that has not yet been recognized, we (...okay, I...) have decided it's about time I take ownership and introduce myself as the lady behind The Loop!
Hello. My name is Allison Chrien. I'm the owner of Copley Creative Solutions and Founder of The Loop In Copley, a community-based promotion that is supported through its community members.
For those who don't know me and perhaps started following along more recently, The Loop was an idea that grew out of another idea, and that original idea grew out of getting to know local business owners through my management of the Copley Creekside Farmers Market.
There's a very long story in how I found myself creating the website, newsletter, and social media promotions now known as The Loop In Copley (and I would be more than happy to tell you that long story over a cup of coffee!), but the short story is this: I'm passionate about both my community and about supporting small businesses.
Businesses like Paula Meeker Photography, our newest member and the one responsible for that fabulous photo of me hard at work at Copley Coffee & Games (thank you, Paula!). Anyone who knows Paula knows that she's passionate about pictures that tell a story, and that's a passion that shows through the work she does.
I'm proud to introduce every Loop member and to know I've given them a platform for connecting with the community. When I use the word "we", I'm speaking on their behalf and it's a privilege to know I have their support in doing it!
