Memorial Day Celebrations
This weekend, between the BBQs and the unofficial-start-of-summer celebrations, we have a special annual opportunity in Copley to honor the holiday that grants us this little bit of extra time with family and friends.
The American Legion Frank Bender Post 473 and the American Legion Auxiliary Post 473 will host the 90th consecutive Memorial Day ceremony on Monday at the Copley Cemetery. The ceremony will begin at 11:00 (no parade this year) and will include the Copley Veterans Post Honor Guard and words from the AL and VFW Commanders.
If you can, please come out to join them in remembering those who gave their lives in service.
