Matters of the Mind

The Loop welcomes two new members this week (yay!) and both have had me considering matters of the mind...

New Member #1 is 1Direction Strategy. Now, the obvious connection there might be about their clients' minds, as in how Rob and Sandra Wentz help their clients wrap their minds around what they need to do to take their business to the next level. But true as that may be, that's not actually what I was considering.

Nope, I was considering how Rob and Sandra are like-minded people, as in how their goal and the goal of The Loop both boil down to one main idea: helping small businesses.

And that makes me happy.

Know what else makes me happy? Having peace of mind. And that's what new member #2 has had me considering.

Lily Home Care offers personalized non-medical home care plans for families with an array of services - sevices like Alzheimer's and dementia care, driving assessments, or simple companionship - and that just screams (ok, maybe the wrong choice of word there...) peace of mind.

If you ever find yourself in need of either member's services, just keep in your own mind that you can always find them on The Loop's Business page. In the meantime, click around and get to know them a little better!

And a couple of last considerations... If you're a small business owner, you might want to check out 1Direction's events (it's not too late to join in the last two of their free 3-part series, EMPOWER The Business Leader in YOU!). And Lily Home Care's website is a valuable resource whether for anyone looking to hire or to be hired (learn more about Employment opportunities with them as well as other Loop members below!).

Squash to Eat, Decorate, or Find...

Nothing says "Fall" quite like winter squash, and winter squash is all around!

I hear they go fast but if you make it in time, you might just find pie and white pumpkins at Carl Harp Nursery and butternut and spaghetti squash at Jacobs Heritage Farm.

And if you like hunting for fairy houses, you should know that they're popping up in the Copley area*! You might just find a pretty pumpkin one at a Loop Member Destination that rhymes with "The Carpet Math"! 😉

*Visit Copley Fairlawn Enchanted Fairy Doors on Facebook or Instagram for more cute pics as well as a full list of locations.
