Many causes for celebration!
We've said it before and we'll say it again: Copley Township is a great place to live.
And personally, I don't just say that because the Township recently celebrated their second anniversary as a Loop Member, allowing me to keep keeping you "in the loop" about what they and the community groups they sponsor are up to.
Nor do I just say that because among the things they're up to is hosting exciting ribbon cuttings for cool new places like the one next Tuesday at the Firehouse Tavern or the one the following Monday at Nothing Bundt Cakes!
Nope. There's a whole host of reasons I say that and I'd be happy to discuss them in further detail over the beverage of your choice sometime but please allow me to present one more reason right here, right now.
The small businesses and organizations in and around the Township, particularly those in The Loop.
As you get ready to celebrate Mom on Sunday, remember to celebrate those Destinations, Makers, and Businesses that make our community such a great place to live by giving them your support. And don't forget to check out the Calendar for fun things to do while you're at it - tickets make a great gift and an auction makes for a fun time!
Plus: Copley's got a brand new bag
Speaking of Loop members and local Makers... The Loop owes a special shoutout of thanks to Shauna of Design Wizard, Inc. for her patience and expertise in creating some new goodies for the Loop Store!
The first item up (and an item near and dear to my heart) is the Extra Large Loop Tote to both hold and show off all that extra-large local support you've got going on.
Just a quick heads-up, though, that there's already a wait of about 3-4 weeks for delivery! Loopers were given advanced notice of the listing and what was in stock is, alas, already gone. But, hey, there is one way to get your tote a little bit sooner and get a preview of other Loop goodies to come while you're at it...
Check out The Loop's basket in the Spring Garden Silent Auction and good luck in placing your bid!
