It may be cold and icky out there right now but warmer weather is right around the corner, and you know what that means...
Picnic season!
And graduation season. And backyard party season. And outdoor pool season. And barn wedding season. And "gimme a reason 'cause I don't wanna cook" season...
Aka: Barbecue Season!
So I couldn't possibly imagine a better time to welcome our newest Destination member, Old Carolina Barbecue Company, conveniently located at Ridgewood Crossing for all your family meal and event catering needs.
Seriously, just look at that sauce. That's what I'm talkin' about. And I was just on their website and found out that they have Cheerwine, which I've never had and totally want to try.
Yeah... it's supposed to get back up to, like, 70ish this weekend. I don't know about you but that sounds like the perfect weekend to get picnic season going to me!
Speaking of This Weekend
It's also looking like the perfect weekend for The Winery at Wolf Creek's Annual Goat Derby! It's food trucks and fun hats and fundraising combined with silly goats and mint juleps and stunning views.
