It’s All About Balance – The Loop In Copley

I don't know about you, but I'm a very big fan of both cake and ice cream. So of course, I'm very happy to be sending anniversary wishes to both Nothing bundt Cakes and Penguin Ice Cream*!

I'm also very happy that we have several members who can help balance out that love of cake and ice cream with healthy habits. Members like Alloy Fairlawn, a new member to welcome today!

Alloy is a personal training studio located in Merchant Square on Ghent Road in Fairlawn (neighbor to another couple of fellow Loop Members, The Tilted Olive and Conscious Wellness). Alloy's here to help people "look good, feel great, and live life to the fullest."

And who doesn't want to live life to the fullest? I know I do! Hence, the cake and ice cream...
