Five Years of The Loop!

They say that time flies when you're having fun. Well, I say that I couldn't agree more! I can only hope you enjoy being "in the loop" (pun intended) as much as I enjoy working to keep you there.

As you may recall, it occurred to me back in April that June marks five years since I first announced The Loop.* I've been racking my brain during the occasional spare moment ever since, trying to come up with the best ways to celebrate.

I decided on two - one that's admittedly more for me and one that's a giveaway for a good handful of you!

First, there have been far too many changed navigational needs and "get by" design choices collected over the years so I've decided it's time for a visual refresh.

So far, in addition to this bit of newsletter renovation (did you notice?)**, I've completely revamped the Business page! It's now a full-on searchable database, currently full of your favorite non-Destination and non-Maker businesses. I'll be putting more time into the site over the next few months to clean things up, reorganize, and make it all pretty-like so don't be surprised if you find yourself clicking around in new ways!

And second... did someone say GIVEAWAY?!

Why, yes. Yes, I did.

See, some of the fun I've been having lately has been with the "Easter egg" offers to Looper Community Subscribers wherein the FIRST PERSON to spot the Easter egg in the Looper News emails (on the 1st and 15th of every month) and contact the member MAKING the offer GETS the offer.
