Pedagogical Director: The Pedagogical Director will work closely with the Director of Administration, the College of Teachers, and the Board of Trustees to create a shared vision of the future of the school. Their responsibilities include pedagogical development; support of faculty; administrative duties in service of colleague collaboration, policy, and procedure; program supervision; parental liaison support work and more.

Parent and Child Class Teacher:  Duties include guiding parents and their young children ages 18 months- 3 years in an outdoor class that follows the gentle rhythm of circle time, creative play, snack and story time.  Classes are held once a week for two hours from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. The teacher will provide education and resources for parents.  Bachelor’s Degree, experience working with young children, and experience with Waldorf education is required. Grades Teaching Assistant: Primary responsibilities include providing support to Class 1 during main lesson, subject classes and transitions. Dispatcher: Responsible for public safety telecommunications work in Southwest Summit Communications Center (SWSCOM) under the direct supervision of a Lead Dispatcher, the Dispatch Manager or other designee. The dispatcher receives all incoming emergency calls and communications for SWSCOM Communities, and their Police, Fire, Emergency Medical Service (EMS), Service and Road Departments. Acquires and records essential information, provides needed assistance and information to the proper authority for response.
