Bring Me All the Colors!

I don't know about you but I'm totally ready for some splashes of color.

Maybe it's because I've been staring out at a blanket of white while working for the past couple of weeks. Or maybe it's because the sun's been shining for the past couple of days, reminding me that it does, in fact, do that on occasion.

Or maybe it's because the Loop has two new members that have me dreaming of a kitchen renovation and a new Spring wardrobe!

One even has color in its name. Blue. As in blue /A Goodwill Boutique/, the upscale thrifting spot that's made its way to the Montrose Center Plaza. It's now super easy to swing by and check out the designer deals while supporting their mission to help people prepare for, find, and retain employment.

And, you know, that sounds to me like an excellent excuse for stopping in to visit fellow Loop member Nothing Bundt Cakes. I mean, they are right there, it would be silly not to.

Ok, now I've added one of those big ol' red velvet bundt cakes to the countertop of my kitchen renovation dreams.

REM Installations is our second new member this week and I've lost more time than I should probably admit scrolling through the project gallery on their website. There are some greens in there that make me particularly happy but that bowl of fruit by the farmhouse sink pictured above is a true feast for the eyes.
