A New Place to Practice

I was going to ask if you do yoga but I've heard it said you don't so much DO yoga as either experience or practice it. So I'll say instead that I've been practicing on and off since the late 80s and still feel inexperienced!

But perhaps that's because I've always practiced with a video in my living room and without the benefit of a teacher.

The good news is that we have a new member in The Loop that's ready with the experience and can help us all practice!

I'd like to introduce you to the Owner and Head Teacher at NEO Yoga School in Wadsworth (pictured above in front of his new storefront and teaching a class during his soft opening back in February) but he said it best himself on Facebook. So, here he is, in his own words:

"My name is Matt Herold and I have been teaching yoga since 2013 and have been practicing since 2011. I have over 1000 hours of training, and I am Bikram and Vinyasa certified. I have taught all over the world and I’m so excited to open my own yoga studio in Wadsworth and share yoga with my home community."

Matt joins our page of Destinations as one who (as you likely noticed) may not be located in Copley proper, per se, but is "Near and Dear" nonetheless.

As we welcome one new member, we would like to wish another a very happy anniversary! Akron Insurance is located in that cute little house right there on Cleveland Massillon and we're very happy to have them.

And a couple other quick mentions, in case you didn't see...

The Market Path has some new hours, and Firehouse Tavern has some new items on the menu!

Just a few doors down from Akron Insurance is The Market Path and they've added Tuesday to the schedule - they're now open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 until 4:00. And just a little farther down the road, Firehouse Tavern now has something called a "House on Fire Jalapeno Popper Burger".

I think I'll leave that burger to braver souls than me, though, because there's a Lobster Flatbread that's calling my name!
